Candidate scorecards & interview kits
Interviewers can now fill structured scorecards during or after an interview. Hiring managers see a normalized summary per candidate, with weighted averages across panels.
Receipt OCR for expense claims
Upload a photo of a receipt and the amount, vendor, and date are auto-extracted. Supports English and Hindi receipts; French and Spanish coming next month.
Two-column pricing, Seedling retired
We retired the Seedling (free) plan. Existing Seedling workspaces stay free forever; new signups go to Grove with a 30-day full trial. Read the pricing page.
SCIM provisioning for Canopy
Canopy customers can now sync users from Azure AD, Okta, and Google Workspace via SCIM 2.0. Deprovisioning, role changes, and department updates all flow through automatically.
Custom approval workflows
Expenses, leave, and timesheets now support multi-stage approval chains with conditional routing (e.g. "expenses above ₹50,000 go to the CFO").
Form 16 generation
One click generates Form 16 Part A and Part B for all employees at year-end. PDFs are signed, versioned, and downloadable in bulk.
Public careers page builder
Every workspace now gets a public careers page at yourcompany.hrassist.example/careers. Customize the colors, add a banner image, and publish roles in one click.
