Senior Backend Engineer
Work on payroll, multi-tenant data modeling, and the statutory compliance engine. Postgres, Node/TypeScript, row-level security.
Product Designer
Own the design of 2–3 modules end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founder on interaction patterns, typography, and the overall feel of the product.
Customer Success Lead
Be the first real person our customers talk to after signup. Onboard them, answer hard questions about compliance, write help-center articles.
Compliance & Payroll Analyst
Keep our statutory engine correct. Monitor PF, ESI, PT, TDS changes across Indian states and translate them into product rules.
Technical Writer (contract)
Help us write documentation that doesn't sound like it was written by engineers. Paid hourly, 10–20 hours a week, fully remote.
